On this very special Saturday we were lucky enough to witness the wedding of two people that crossed oceans and language barriers.  Colin and Julia are world travellers that found each other in Tanzania, Julia from Russia and Colin from South Africa.  We celebrated the wedding of these two wonderful people at Tres Jolie.  A high light of their wedding reception was the Kalinka – Colin told family and friends that this was a wedding tradition that had to be upheld during the reception.  They practiced for weeks on end just to find out that it was all a ruse.  I do have to add that they all did an excellent job performing the Kalinka!
